By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Pandit Programmer provides custom digital services, including:
• Website design and development
• Mobile app development (Android and iOS)
• Backend and API development
• Software and technical consulting
Due to the customized and digital nature of these services, refund and cancellation terms differ from physical products.
2. Advance Payments
To begin any project, an advance payment or booking fee is required.
This amount is non-refundable as it covers:
• Initial consultation and planning
• Resource allocation
• Research and design work
• Project scheduling
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• The project has not started
• No work or resources have been allocated
• Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Pandit Programmer.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Work has already started
• Design, development, or consultation has been delivered
• Milestone or partial work is completed
• Client changes mind after project initiation
• Delay caused by client communication or approvals
• Failure to provide required content or information
• Hosting, domain, third-party tools, or API costs
5. Milestone-Based Projects
For large or long-term projects, payments are divided into milestones.
Each completed milestone is non-refundable once delivered.
6. Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time by written notice. However:
• Payments made for completed work will not be refunded
• Pending work may be paused or stopped
• Final deliverables will be shared only after settlement
7. Project Delay or Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days:
• The project may be considered abandoned
• No refunds will be issued
• Restarting the project may require additional fees
8. Service Termination
Pandit Programmer reserves the right to cancel or terminate a project if:
• The client violates agreements or policies
• Payment delays occur
• Misuse, abuse, or unethical requests are made
In such cases, refunds will not be provided for completed work.
9. Third-Party Costs
Costs related to third-party services such as:
• Domains
• Hosting
• Plugins or software licenses
• Payment gateways
• APIs or cloud services
are non-refundable and subject to their own policies.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a violation of this agreement. We encourage clients to contact us to resolve any concerns.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
